Join the FlexInvest Team: Compliance Specialist
Compliance Specialist responsibilities include delivering employee training, evaluating compliance activities, and acting as a liaison between the organization and various government agencies.
Ultimately, you will work with different departments within our organization to ensure we meet all policies and laws that are required.
The position will be based in Sofia, Bulgaria or Nicosia, Cyprus
Responsibilities:
- Consulting with the legal department and advising leadership and management on compliance matters.
- Developing and providing employee training on compliance policies, practices, and reporting systems
- Identifying, investigating, and reporting compliance issues, irregularities, and violations
- Develop and implement compliance improvement plans where required.
- Track and respond to complaints.
- Maintain records of compliance activities and file compliance reports
- Communicate with government agencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional (CRCMP) preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of compliance.
- Knowledge of laws, legal codes, procedures, and other relevant regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Documenting and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail.
