Job Description

As the Product Manager, you will take ownership of the product roadmap, establishing priorities based on data and customer feedback. Your primary focus will be ensuring a high-quality customer experience and representing the customers’ voice. Collaborating closely with software engineers, you will translate requirements into wireframes, specifications, and user stories. Additionally, you’ll engage with stakeholders across the business to identify new opportunities and demonstrate how technology can optimize their goals. Managing the end-to-end delivery cycle of product features, including customer roll-out and internal team integration, will be critical to your role.

You may also be tasked with facilitating training sessions, as well as assisting with new product launches.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Company strategy by collaborating with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams to plan, prioritize, define, refine, and execute our product roadmap while ensuring effective release and sprint planning.

• Manage execution for specific FinTech products, from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life.

• Guide your scrum team in troubleshooting production-escalation issues.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop product positioning, demo design, training courses, and user acquisition collateral, ensuring alignment with business goals for optimal outcomes.

• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify investment trends, potential opportunities, and risks, influencing product development to align with evolving investor needs in consumer FinTech applications.

• Develop and execute strategies to expand and diversify tradable assets, considering market demand, regulatory requirements, and the competitive landscape.

• Stay vigilant on changes in financial regulations, ensuring platform compliance and proactively adapting strategies to align with evolving legal requirements for the FinTech industry.

• Work closely with customer support teams to promptly address user concerns, feedback, and issues, increasing customer satisfaction and retention rates.

• Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge trading tools, analytics, and technologies into the platform, enhancing the overall trading experience for investors/users.

• dentify and pursue strategic partnerships and integrations to enhance the platform’s capabilities and provide additional value to our user base.

Requirements:

• University degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.

• Between 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within FinTech/Financial Services.

• Project management and excellent communication skills.

• Working knowledge of product development architecture.

• Experience building FinTech/Financial solutions for end customers and managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

• UI/UX experience.

• Excellent knowledge of the financial industry.

• Prior experience using Agile methodologies such as Scrum.

• Ability to work with large teams as well as independently.

• Tech-savvy with an eye on industry market conditions and trends.

• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with regulatory compliance in the financial industry.

• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and ability to translate non-technical needs into defined product deliverables.
