Join the FlexInvest Team: Trading Operations Manager

In the Operations Manager role, you will be responsible for defining and improving operational policies and procedures. You will be a key contributor to ensuring strategic decision making aligns with corporate goals. Success in this role will be demonstrated by substantive increases in operational effectiveness on project, departmental and company- wide levels.

Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of the daily reconciliations to maintain accuracy of static reference data across a portfolio exceeding 5,000 financial products.
• Contribute to the growth of the company’s instrument offerings by assisting in the expansion of the instrument universe and supporting product launches.
• Oversee and manage updates to instrument reference data and regulatory statuses, ensuring compliance in a dynamic market environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide assistance with trading operations- related client inquiries.
• Maintain regulatory reporting (EMIR and MIFIR).
• Ensure all orders are booked and settled correctly.
• Oversee client share dealing and FX requirement.
• Maintain and update current procedures, design and draft new procedures relating to operational processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of operations management or related quantitative-based business experience
• Experience with Refinitiv, Bloomberg or alternative financial data providers.
• Familiarity with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience working with development team.
• Strong quantitative and analytical ability, with a background in financial management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business, math, technology or related field. MBA a plus.
