Join the FlexInvest Team: Customer Support Specialist
Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via phone, email or chat.
- Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times.
- Identifying customer needs and help customers use specific features.
- Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions.
- Updating our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
- Monitoring customer complaints on social media and reaching out to provide aid.
- Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
- Informing customers about new features and functionalities.
- Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
- Obtaining and sharing customer feedback internally so that products and services can be improved.
- Assisting in training junior Customer Support Representatives
- Respecting client confidentiality at all times
Requirements:
- Fluent English both written and spoken.
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or a similar CS role
- Familiarity with our industry would be considered an advantage.
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases.
